When will my order be despatched?
All orders will be despatched within 48-hours.
Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be despatched on the Monday, or the next working day in case of Public Holidays.
Orders in the UK should be delivered within 2-4 days, however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Orders outside of the UK will vary.
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, however shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery date.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery of books for subscribers is free. The cost of delivery for physical store items will be displayed at checkout.
Return & refund Policy
Digital media

Fat Cat Books cannot refund nor accept refunds of digital products. Digital downloads cannot be returned and fall under the "unwrapped CDs, DVDs, and computer software." of UK returns law.
Printed media

Fat Cat Books cannot accept returns of printed books, however we will provide partial refund or replacement for damaged materials as along as the damage is reported and evidence provided within 14 days of receiving the goods.
